The Pinacoteca Ambrosiana takes part in the initiative “Drawing the art”, organized by Abbonamento Musei Lombardia, with three workshops dedicated to children on Saturday April 9.

Through the vision of some of the masterpieces of the Pinacoteca, in particular the “Musician” by Leonardo da Vinci, “Jesus and the apostles on the Sea of Galilee” by Brueghel, the “Rest on the Flight into Egypt” by Jacopo Bassano and the Cardinal’s Duchess, children will be encouraged to re-interpret graphically the works presented by the guides. Children can experience a day as “small great artists”, experimenting in the reproduction of the works that have most affected their attention. The project is developed in partnership with the technical sponsor Faber-Castell, a leader in the production of articles for drawing and painting, which has always supported the world of fine arts and museums and that provides the drawing materials needed for the realization of the activity.

Thanks to Faber-Castell all children will receive as a gift a special discount of 10% on the purchase of Faber-Castell Grip products.
